Today we celebrated Pancake Tuesday in the school. It was wonderfully organised by Ms Downes who got the nurture room ready for the arrival of very hungry pupils and staff! A big thank you to our amazing parents who gave of their time to cook and serve the pancakes throughout such a busy day. Very happy children came, class by class, to the Nurture room with great enthusiasm, eager to see what toppings were on offer! And what a choice there was: berries,lemon, butter, sugar, syrup and delicious chocolate sauce cooked by Eva. How lucky were we that we were able to feast on them outside in the junior yard due to the lovely sunny spring day! A big míle buíochas for all those who made this day so special!
