After School Club
Dear parents,
We are delighted to be able to offer After School Club in Queen of Angels from 1st class to 6th class while still managing to adhere to the strict NPHET and Department of Education guidelines.
After School Club will take place on Monday and Tuesday each week. We will be offering classes in Numeracy and Literacy to everyone as well as other activities as seen below in the grid.
The children will stay at their own desk, in their own classroom with their class teacher or support teacher. Children will NOT BE MIXING WITH CHILDREN FROM OTHER YEAR GROUPS. Thus, they will remain in their own class bubble as outlined in our Covid Plan (see our school website for more details).
The classes will begin on Monday, October 19th and will run for 10 weeks.
Each child will do Literacy/Numeracy one week and an activity chosen by their teacher the following week. The grid below shows the activity your child will be doing on alternate weeks:

The cost is €35 for the 10 weeks. The club runs from 2.30pm to 3.30pm and prompt collection of your child is essential.
I will not be accepting any consent forms this term. Please send in the full amount to the class teacher with your child’s name clearly marked on the envelope as soon as possible. This envelope will be seen as your consent. Sandwiches and a drink will be provided as per usual.
