Our school kitchen was busy this morning as a cookery class for parents took place. Our wonderful SNA Áine kindly led the class this morning. Áine had a list of ingredients and the method for every participant. Áine explained to everyone what was on the menu and guided us through the class step by step. As always, there was a a mix of demonstration and participation. This week our parents made a South African dish 'Bobotie' and 'Queen of Pudding'. We all enjoyed tea, coffee and chat throughout the morning. Every parent went home with a selection of the dishes. A big thank you to Áine for facilitating the class.
