This term, Fifth Class learned all about the amazing orca, one of the smartest and most powerful animals in the ocean. The class discovered how orcas live in family pods, communicate with special calls, and work together when they hunt. Everyone was especially excited to find out that orcas are actually the biggest members of the dolphin family!
After researching, reading, and watching videos, the class created their own beautiful orca artwork. To finish their project, they designed a bright coral reef scene around their orcas, showing the colourful underwater world these creatures travel through.
The finished display looked like an ocean full of life—black-and-white orcas gliding through swirls of coral, fish, and sea plants. Fifth Class worked together just like an orca pod, and their project showed not only what they learned, but also their creativity and teamwork.
