Classes enjoying wonderful yoga sessions with Sue
Classes have been taking part in a weekly yoga class with our amazing yoga teacher, Sue Malone. She is teaching the pupils many yoga postures, yoga games, affirmations, breath- work and relaxation techniques. She is also focusing on Body Scan Meditation which is a great way for the pupils to release tension that they didn’t even realise they were experiencing. These classes have really allowed the students to focus on their mindfulness and wellbeing as they try to navigate their way through life's challenges.
