Welcome Back

23-April-20

Hi eveybody,

Welcome back from a very different Easter break.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone - parents, pupils and teachers - for all the hard work being put in by you all during this very difficult time for the country and the world. It is at times like this that we see the true meaning of togetherness and humanity through the way we are all looking after each other.

The teachers are today uploading email addresses for the purpose requested completed work to be sent to them. It is very important that any reply is sent through a parent/guardian email address by the parent/guardian only. Please do not use this address for personal communication with the class teacher but simply for the sending of requested school work. As always please do not feel pressure to have all the suggested classwork completed but it is important that a routine of some schoolwork be completed every day. In this way it will not be such a jolt when we get back into school and a full days work becomes the normal again.

Remember, reading together, playing games, baking and exercising are a very important element of getting through this difficult time as much as the school work is.

Take care and stay safe.

Avila Donegan
