We are so lucky to have Vanessa working with some classes again this term.The children are really enjoying the fabulous yoga movements and poses she shared with them. She tapped into their inner strength, grace, posture, self-esteem and flexibility.
We know that yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school-age children (ages 6 to 12). Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children as well. We look forward to more yoga next week.
