Today we celebrated our annual Halloween Fancy Dress Day at Queen of Angels — always one of the most exciting days of the year! This year’s celebration was made extra special by a very welcome visitor, Seoyoon, who travelled all the way from Angers in France to see us.
Seoyoon was a student at Queen of Angels back in 2015, when he was just 12 years old and studying English here in Ireland. Now aged 23, he is currently studying in France as part of the Erasmus programme.
He was very eager to return and visit the school where he has such fond memories, and his visit brought great joy and excitement to everyone. We were especially grateful to Seoyoon for preparing and presenting a PowerPoint presentation to several classes about his life in South Korea.
It was truly uplifting to welcome him back and to see how far he has come since his time with us. His visit reminded us all how lasting and meaningful the connections made at Queen of Angels can be.
