This Christmas season, our school choir truly captured the spirit of the holidays by taking part in three wonderful community events.
The choir began their festive journey by singing at the turning on of the Christmas lights for the Sandyford Business District, where the atmosphere was full of excitement and celebration. They then performed at a local church Christmas concert, helping to raise money for a girls’ school in Cameroon — a meaningful event that showed how music can make a real difference. Their final performance was singing in Dundrum in support of LauraLynn, bringing smiles to shoppers and passers-by alike.
At each event, there was a fantastic turnout from our children. Their singing, dancing, and infectious festive cheer had the crowds joining in,singing along and even attempting some of the choir’s dance moves! The children practiced extremely hard both at home and in school, and their dedication shone through in every performance.
Ms. Dunne and Ms. Archer are incredibly proud of the choir and all they achieved this Christmas.
