Congratulations to the boys and girls from Ms Mc Teague's 4th class on presenting a wonderful assembly to their parents and the rest of the school. The children talked about all what they learned in class so far this term: the Amazon Rainforest, Chinese New Year, the instruments of the orchestra as Gaeilge, their school trip to the Natural History Museum and the world of Primates. They sang songs: "The Star of the County Down" agus "Is Mise Fear an Cheoil" and recited the poem "From a Railway Carriage." They also showed off their beautiful art. The parents joined the class for a lovely breakfast afterwards in the senior block prepared by Ms Downes. Well done, 4th class!
