Congratulations to the boys and girls from Ms Dunne's 6th class on presenting a wonderful assembly to their parents and the rest of the school. The children talked about New Year traditions and also focused on the Lunar New Year. They also explored the area of Coastal Erosion. They showed some cool art: 3D fireworks, 2025 banners, sea arches and paper chain snakes as this year is the year of the snake. See some samples of their art attached. They signed the famous Bob Marley song " Don't Worry" in the Lámh sign language which they have been learning these past few months. Chan siad an amhráin "Auld Lang Syne" as Gaeilge freisin! Canadh siad go binn! The parents joined the class for a lovely breakfast afterwards in the senior block prepared by Ms Downes and Áine. Well done, Ms Dunne's class on the first breakfast assembly of 2025! You were brilliant!
