Ms McTeague's 4th class loved their day out in St Tiernan's school today where they got to carry out a cool experiment in the lab under the guidance of Mr Curry. The children took part in a physics experiment in the science lab. They examined the effect of heat on a squash ball. They found out that the hotter the ball got, the higher it bounced!
The students loved wearing their lab coats and protective goggles as well as using the science equipment such as the bunsen burner, thermometer, tongs and tripod. A big thank you to St Tiernan's College and Mr Curry for faciliating today! A great day out!
