This was our final week of International Cookery classes. For our last session we made a vegetarian dish ‘Eggplant Filo Pastry Pie’. See the photo and recipe attached. A big thank you to our tutor Ana who led the classes over the past few weeks! We all learned so much from you. We look forward to hosting more cookery classes in Queen of Angels in the future.
