5th Class are so lucky to be engaging with Cycle Right. Each week the cycling instructors bring helmets, bikes, and cones for the lessons. So far the pupils have learned to do a left-hand turn, a right-hand turn and how to cycle in a contra-flow pattern. This week they were learning how to stop and brake safely. The sun was shining on Thursday and the children are thoroughly enjoying these very worthwhile sessions. Cycling-safety is paramount and they are looking forward to becoming responsible cyclists on our roads.
