In December 2025 the parents of Queen of Angels were invited to our local secondary school St. Tiernan’s for two Christmas Cookery Classes.
Parents from other schools in our cluster such as The Good Shepherd Primary School, Scoil Mhuire Rathfarnham and St. Tiernan’s CS were also in attendance for these classes.
Professional chef Mark was present for both classes and parents had a chance to learn how to create Christmas dishes for all the family. Mark also gave parents tips on how to plan forward for meals and also how to save time and money when preparing food for their family.
Over the course of the two sessions, the parents enjoyed making a delicious Christmas chicken and bacon dinners, gravy, potatoes, crumble and soup.
The two sessions were so enjoyable and we are very grateful to Mr. Peter Lennon (our SCP coordinator) for organising these wonderful classes.
