Today all the classes were each given a loaf of traditional Irish brown bread to sample with some real Irish butter and jam. They also got to taste some delicious Irish cheddar cheeses followed by a tray of Irish cocktail sausages. I think they have given the thumbs up to some of our traditional food going by their satisfied and content faces.
