Athletics has begun gain for the senior classes (3rd to 6th) every Friday in the senior yard with coach Pádraig Belton! The benefits of athletics for children extend far beyond physical fitness and health. Engaging in sports activities promotes skill development, self-confidence, and self-esteem. It cultivates important values and character traits, such as discipline, resilience, and teamwork. It increases long-term health. It builds speed and boosts self-esteem.
