We celebrated our very special inaugural Winter Wonderland / Bronntanas Rúnda extravaganza during the final week of the school term. The children were full of excitement as they made their way to the hall, class by class, to purchase two gifts for the special adults in their lives.
The hall was beautifully and festively decorated by Eva, the staff, and her family, friends, and fellow parents. A big shout out to Sky(Eva's daughter) and her pal, Aoife who worked tirelessly on the 15th,16th and 17th December supporting Eva! Our wonderful Parents’ Association Chairperson, Eva, was on hand throughout the day, taking photos and helping the children choose their presents. She had also organised a fantastic team of helpers who spent the day wrapping and labelling gifts for the delighted children.
It was truly a team effort. Lettie McCarthy and Pierce Dargan also visited us on the day. It was a magical, fun-filled occasion and a joy to see the happiness on all the children’s faces.
A big míle buíochas to all our helpers, and a very special word of thanks to our extremely dedicated Chairperson, Eva, who organised the entire event. We all had a magical time.
