This Monday’s menu was lemon garlic pasta with chickpea salad. We had another great morning with our tutor Britt. Today’s class involved a mix of demonstration and participation. We all tried a variety of flavors such as olives, capers and raw broccoli, some of which were new to the group. Thank you Britt for facilitating the class and we hope to see you in our school again soon! If any parents would like to join our cookery classes there is still some availability.
