Last Friday, Áine O'Brien made a large pot of Irish stew (stobhach gaelach) for all the children who visit the Nurture Room as part of the activities that took place during Seachtain na Gaeilge. Most of the children really enjoyed our national dish and were delighted to give Áine the thumbs up. Go raibh míle maith agat, a Áine, for taking the time to make such a béile blásta!
